We're Hiring!

Junebug, and our sister store, Place & Gather, are searching for wonderful people to join our team. We are looking for a full time sales associate, a part time floral designer, weekend only sales associates and holiday help. All positions will work between both Place & Gather and Junebug, except the floral designer position.  Love being part of your local community? Love cheerful and colorful gifts and decor? In terms of commitment, we are looking for the following:

Full Time Sales Associate: 4-5 days a week, including at least one weekend day

Part Time Floral Designer: 2-4 days a week, including weekend event setups as necessary

Weekend Only Sales Associate: At least 3 weekend shifts per month, and more during the months of November and December

Holiday Help: 2-5 days a week, including weekdays and at least 1 weekend day per week

Weekend and major holiday availability are a requirement for all of the above positions.

Our ideal candidate for the above roles must:

- Be reliable, responsible and flexible

- Pay attention to detail

- Be energetic and upbeat

- Be willing to assist all customers to ensure they have a shopping experience that delights

- Have the ability to work long hours on your feet, lift boxes and bend down to pick up product

- Understand that weekends are when the shop is busiest and when we require the most help

- Navigate the constant changing needs of 2 small businesses

- Be dedicated to supporting our local community

- Be comfortable using an iPad and other technology for our Point of Sale system
